Abstract

In the Pauline Year. Paul is worth a closer look at the character. This apostle of Jesus with the mentality of the missionary world, had qualitiesand skills that are needed at all times. He had an openness to the reality and the ability to revise their beliefs. He had a generosity and selflessness, while evangelical pastoral wisdom and cunning in doing good. The Apostle of the Nations was aware of their dignity and well-being, which he did (cf. 2 Tim 4: 6-8). He had a healthy sense of pride (2 Cor 11, 23-28). Convert from Damascus knew that the wise is the one who loves. He is the author of the famous hymn of love (cf. 1 Cor 13, 1-13). He was able to enjoy the enjoying and weep with those who weep: "To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all, so by all means save some "(1 Corinthians 9, 22).
