The teacher of religion as member of the teachers’ council: how to gain allies?

The aim of the article is to present the role of the teacher of religion as a member of the teachers’ council in the context of gaining allies to accomplish common objectives in school. The principles of effective communication and stages of building partnership between the teacher of religion and other members of the teachers’ council have been discussed. Moreover, the author of the article describes the personality traitsand skills which facilitate the engagement ina dialogue by members of the teachers’council.
