Abstract

Education and values are closely related. The proper development of human values and followed through by value. In this process of education is to create unique human personality traits that make up the identity. Thus,not only defining part of education, but rather a misunderstanding would be to deprive it of references to values.Education is facing an unquestionable need to build a healthy program of education based on universal values. It is especially moral values,which is the primacy of the human person. I still need to restore their rightful rank. This is because they are the basis of European civilization and culture, which determined the shape of Christianity. Any experience of moral obligation finds its counterpart in the moral norm. This stan-dard is an objective reality that goes beyond the individual. Norma is the objectifica-tion of the truth about the good effects associated with the person. Thus, education is essential for the adoption of an objective hierarchy of values.In the education personalistic ideal education is an essential relation with the concept of moral perfection as the end of man. Therefore, an important principle of imitation becomes a personal design. Bedded in a pattern personalistic concept of education is both a moral authority and a carrier of values. Is aware of its responsibility not only for education but also for education. Respecting the dignity of the human person is open to others and to the surrounding reality.
