Abstract

Responsible teacher like Jesus, places high demands on himself. This requires self to continually evolve in order to be faithful to their vocation to radiate wisdom, love and joy to their students fascinated by the prospect of the development of up to holiness. The teacher requires from each other competencies needed to ensure that pupils not only save against external threats, but also against themselves, against their own weakness and naivete, against their natural tendency to selfishness, laziness, laziness, or follow the impulses or emotions.Responsible teacher educators require the other to honestly cooperate with them in the educational process and to never harmed pupils. It can also place demands the pupils, because he knows that education has nothing to do with being spoiled. The teacher follows the Jesus who loves us the most and that's why we put the greatest demandsthat can put a man after original sin: he wants us to imitate God's love and become the most beautiful version of yourself.
