Improvement of catechesis by better preparing for the Word of God

Abstract

There is a need to look at catechesis and of the awareness of students that meet the catechesis of God speaking to them and awaiting a reply. The catechist is called and sent forth to preach the Word of God. At the same time is the one who receives the Word of God. Concern for appropriate catechesis of the Word to include both information and formation. Catechesis is accurate, by the Word of God through faith, hope and love. The Church strongly encourages all the faithful, that by frequent reading of the Scriptures bought sublime knowledge of Jesus Christ (Dei Verbum, 8).Scripture reading should be accompanied by prayer, alluded to a conversation between God and man, as we turn to Him when we pray, it's listen, when we read the divine oracles (cf. CCC 2653). The competent administration of the Word of God, accompanied by prayer, largely determines the identity of catechesis and the faith development of children and adolescents.
