The method of working with images in the catechesis

Abstract

The image is a compact, bounded together and work on the public, not only its content but also an artistic form. So do not just look at the picture, to understand its message of the author. In many cases, need to know the author's purpose, not to be deceived and that they mistakenly did not understand what is important, especially in catechesis. Picture tells, teaches, influences the development of attitudes, inflames, silences, brings joy or sorrow, pleasure or pain, or anxiety peace, smile or cry. Plays past and perpetuates the present. The images in the catechesis should be combined with the word of God, so as to give them appropriate religious significance.
